We stayed in Omni towers syncate residential suits for 5 days. Our stay was very good and even staff was v good. Mr Paul Narula personally invited us for his 25th vegan celebration. It's very comfi to stay in this home kind apartment with infants. Few things the hotel should improve is instead of keys access cards fir opening room should be given.

Stayed here for 1 night on our last night in Bangkok, basically somewhere to throw our bags & freshen up whilst we waited for our return journey back to London. We paid £46 for a room that held all 4 of us which is what we requested, so for 1 night in Bangkok costing us basically not even £12 each is pretty much a bargain. The downstairs lobby is huge! and has plenty of sofas, a shop a restaurant that sells Indian food and a couple of massage parlous. Wasn't very happy that we was staying on the 30th floor of the hotel, but it was only for a night. The corridors look like something out of a 1950's horror movie. The rooms were clean & spacious and basically couldn't really expect more for the price we paid. We spent a few hours down by the pool which was quite nice and relaxing, just any food or drink we wanted to take up with us we were made to eat on a dirty table at the back of the pool that hadn't been cleaned for weeks, maybe even months. I'd recommend this hotel if you're literally planning a quick stop off in Bangkok, bargain for money but don't expect too much.

This facility is not worth even one star. It lacks basic amenities. Lots of renovation work needed here. why it is featured with real hotels keeps one wonder if the ratings should be believed. Not recommended.

Was great 2 bedroom suite for a family, very large, 3 televisions in the suite, dishes, pots, microwave big fridge. Pool was okay but could have been a bit cleaner, no restaurants close by for breakfast, a mini mart on site but it was closed during our stay, quite a few delivery options for the evening meal in the suite. Close to Siam City Fun Park about 200 Baht taxi ride, good staff clean rooms. Had a suite on the top floor great view of fireworks New Years eve

Stayed in the apartments not the hotel. Great location on Soi 4. Good sized room, clean, a/c worked well. Shower could have been hotter but I reported when I left and they assured me it would be rectified. Very quiet and secure. Good wi-fi.
